Mark Boyer serves as the volunteer assistant baseball coach for the USSU Eagles since 2024. Boyer has served as a high school, university, and Germany League (DBV) coach.
Boyer played professional for Ingolstadt Schanzer Baseball Organization in Germany and the Rohrbach Crazy Geese in Austria. Prior to his international playing career, Boyer played college baseball at San Bernardino Valley and La Sierra University. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Leadership from the University of Arizonia.
Originally from Riverside, California, Boyer now resides in Alabama with his wife and son.
