New Orleans, LA - United States Sports University runner Hamilton Washo turned in a standout performance at the Loyola XC Invitational on Friday, placing fourth overall in the men's race. Washo crossed the line with a time of 27:09.30, securing a top-five finish in a competitive field.

Washo's strong effort highlighted his growth this season, as he maintained a steady pace throughout the 8K course and closed with an impressive final stretch to secure his spot among the leaders. His finish marks one of the top results of the year for the Eagles and sets a positive tone for the remainder of the cross country campaign.

The Eagles will compete next in the FSU Invite on Friday, September 26th.
